RS12 Motorsports begins 2023 season at Doe Run Raceway

With Mother Nature winning Friday’s opener, both Brian Rieck and Harrison Robards kicked off their 2023 season on Saturday afternoon aboard the RS12 Motorsports entries at Doe Run Raceway (Doe Run, Mo.) for the third annual Small Tire Shootout.

Despite both drivers showing early speed in the program, the pair faced mechanical issues in the feature that resulted in an early exit. Harrison started 13th in the Outlaw Winged Micro feature but was sidelined by clutch issues. Brian snuck into the feature via third-place performance in his B-Main before heading pitside on the 11th circuit with a faulty stator.
